Siam Palette is the passion project of owners, On & Penny, from Thailand who turned their love for food into something bigger.

Growing up with Thai cuisine, we wanted to share those vibes with the world—but with a modern twist that keeps things fresh and fun.

Siam Palette Group is a hospitality collective born from the boldness of Siam — a name that honours our Thai roots — and the belief that flavours, like colours, are meant to be explored, layered, and reimagined.

The word “Palette” represents more than just artistry — it reflects our passion for creating experiences that are multi-sensory, multi-cultural, and unforgettable. In English, “palette” is the artist’s tool for mixing colours. In food, it echoes the palate, the individual’s taste. For us, it means curating bold, beautiful dining experiences that speak to many tastes at once.

By combining the spirit of Siam with the canvas of flavour, we’ve built a group of brands that each offer their own twist — always Asian at heart, but never afraid to explore new shades.
